Hi, I’m Harry.
I’m Harminder Singh Longman, the second generation behind Longman Studio.
Photography has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. My family’s journey behind the camera began in India in 1967, and today I’m proud to continue that legacy in Canada with a modern approach to wedding photography and cinematography.
We specialize in South Asian and multicultural weddings, capturing the traditions, emotions, family connections and incredible energy that make every celebration unique.
Our approach is relaxed and personal—capturing real moments naturally while creating beautiful portraits and cinematic stories that feel like you.

Where It All Began
A family legacy in photography since 1967.
It Started in 1967.
The Longman story began in India in 1967, when my father established our family photography business. What started as his passion behind the camera became a legacy that would eventually pass from one generation to the next.
Throughout his career, my father photographed weddings, events and distinguished occasions, including serving for more than 15 years as a photographer for the President of India.
Growing up around photography, I learned that the images we create aren't simply for today. With time, they become part of a family's history.
Today, I'm proud to carry that legacy forward as the second generation of Longman Studio.
